Barry Woods

Barry is a lawyer with over 30 year’s involvement in the wine industry. He is passionate about Australia’s premium red wines and wanted to increase his involvement in the industry. In 1998, with Peter Lehmann, he established the Ebenezer Vineyard, a 100 acre vineyard in that part of the Barossa Valley known as “the Golden Mile”. In 2000, with Duncan McKenzie he established the Mt Toolleen Vineyard in the Heathcote geographic indication area. Also with Duncan McKenzie he formed Heathcote Greenstone Vintners Pty Ltd, obtained a licence to sell wine and commenced trading, initially under the “Lake Selection” label which has been replaced by the Mt Toolleen label.

Duncan McKenzie

Duncan is the founder of McKenzie Group Consulting Pty Ltd, a very successful building consulting company, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. He remains a major shareholder and executive chairman of MGC.

Duncan is a co-founder and director of Mt Toolleen and Heathcote Greenstone Vintners Pty Ltd and has a keen interest in the wine industry.

Keith Yates

Keith is the President of Performa Global Pty Ltd. a Sydney-based product brand and service consultancy. Performa was instrumental in transforming Aeroflot International and has built the in-flight service of Cathay Pacific, All Nippon Airways and Virgin Atlantic (Asia routes), all rated in the top ten of the world’s airlines for service delivery by Business Traveller, Oxford Research.

Keith excels in creating outstanding service and standards for the world's leading airlines, airports, hotel chains and luxury brands

As the founder, leader and chief strategist of Performa, Keith has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industries and will direct international marketing for Mt Toolleen.
